How do you place a branch in DOWNTOWN of a overcrowded city and have 1 teller working all the time and that person doesn't want to be there so you get crappy service. Horrible location. Take the 20 min to go to the Wayne location. You'll still get done faster than waiting here.

Only getting 1 star from me because one of the tellers is always very nice, polite and helpfull! Dont go during lunch!! There was only 1 teller working at the window and there were 13 people in line. I counted and we were 13. After almost 20 mintutes waiting in line, finally the teller called so she can get help. When i finished with my transaction another teller came But there were still more than 10 people still waiting This bank is in the midlle of downtown and they get really busy! SO DOESNT MAKE SENCE TO BE PREPARE AND HAVE MORE TELLERS????

Stupidest thing I've seen, The relationship manager or whatever he is deciedes not to allow us to open a bank account just because he thinks were gonna close the account in a short period of time. He does not have the right to think when we will close the account. ERYLN TEJADA is the person who acted like that definently not using his help nor am not ever working with bank of america as well and also closing my previous accounts. Right now im in TD bank and there supporting me and helping me out.
