The most dirtiest town you could ever see. The city hall is so corrupted, un organized, un professional and no one in there knows what they are doing.
Tax office closed at 4 pm. Horrible experience . Next day line at least 2hrs long. Understaff , hot, unorganized No respect for tax payers. No drop box , why? Unbelievable.
