Was in court yesterday. Almost had to move out of my house with my disabled child and my family within eight days because of these grimy public Pretenders that have no idea what they're doing looked at my landlord and the fact that I owed him money and already assumed I was wrong considering all the factors involved. But listen to this uneducated fool I would have had to move out of my house in 8 days. Turns out this amateur Punk was siding with a guy who had no legality in the court. Sad and pathetic I know my IQ is at least twice his I'm not a lawyer and he told me I don't know the laws and how the courts work I guess he doesn't know the laws and how the courts work and should go work at the Jury Box lunchenette across the street. I was there yesterday December 6th 2016. I feel sorry for everybody deffended or moderated by people like this because they have no clue what they're doing and will guide you in the wrong direction. Probably why Paterson is run down and continually run down to hell. misrepresented mistreated and mis taken care of. Dont these people realize that they're destroying other people's lives. Money matters only. Money is the answer nobody cares about your children or you just your money. You may pay to leave jail if you stab somebody, no bail you rot. Pay me or get f'ed is our general court policies. Whats money have to do with Justice. Its legal bribery There is no justice in this system over here is proof of it. Basically just tried to get me to give up evidence for the trial I went to trial and it got thrown out. Moderator tried to force a bum deal on my family told me you're probably not going to succeed like this, there was no deal the plaintiffs wasn't supposed to even be in court. He was illegally representing someone else. As everybody should go into moderation and just give them the finger and walk out.Glad. I have half a brain to deal with these quarter brain fools. If you want your court case messed up go to legal assistance in Passaic County or talk to one of the mediators or public Pretenders. The moderator took sides with someone whom, left threatening messages on my phone, told me my child cant live there cause he's disabled. He called them claims. I call him useless douche
I had a domestic violence case there which I never received a letter to go to court on time. When i called the secretary which she called me to "reschedule" I told her i never receive a letter she told me to tell them judge and she will give me another day. When i get there with no witness since it was a short notice the judge did not believe me and continue with the case and I lost my case.
