John was sensitive and caring while helping my sisters and brother make choices after my mom died. Manke Memorial and John supported all our decisions and suggested others, even with something as simple as choosing the appropriate flowers. My mother died on a holiday weekend which affected the timing of communicating with the veterans cemetery. John utilized his years of experience to assist with contacting the key people at the cemetery. All went well during this difficult time.
I have done business with Manke Memorial on more than one occasion. Each time they have provided exceptional and compassionate care. The manager, John, makes himself available to meet and talk with family members. He is compassionate and caring and takes the time to listen to the needs and wishes of the family. He understands the importance of doing everything he can to meet the religious and cultural needs of the family in providing final care of their loved ones. I highly recommend Manke Memorial.
What an incredible place. My family and I attended a service for a close friend about a month ago and the entire staff handled the situation beautifully. They were honest, sympathetic, and motivated us to celebrate the life our friend had. The man that made the arrangements (John), was incredible. He provided anecdotes from his own life to help their family, and ours, cope with the loss ...he was just the perfect person to have on all our sides through this. If you should ever face this kind of tragedy...I highly recommend Manke Memorial. They make the best out of the worst situation.

He treated me like a friend not a customer. John walked me through the entire cremation process and made sure that I was making the right decisions.
