The meals are fresh, the ingredients are organic and non-GMO and the flavor is excellent and consistent week after week. I highly recommend Nourished Meal Prep to everyone!

Nothing beats convienence. If you live nearby it's delivered straight to your door. No cooking or cleaning. It literally saves my life because it can fit my lifestyle in how I order. Delivery is on Tuesdays and Fridays. So if I wanna eat whatever on the weekend, I only order on Tuesday. When I want to be more strict with my diet I order on both days.
The food is healthy and delicious. Everything I’ve ordered has been beyond expections and so flavorful. The prices are a steal for the quality of the ingredients. The owner is very attentive and always answers any questions I have in a very timely manner. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Simply phenomal! Way better than my cooking, sadly. I was used to dry chicken and veggies from meal prepping myself, and now I have so many more options. Seriously, it's like gourmet healthy food. Check the whole menu, I still haven't tried everything.
