The online experience was great but I found it weird that some guys were already sitting in the truck I rented. When I came over, perplexed they asked if I need labor help. It made me feel uncomfortable leaving the truck later, expecting these two to come back and hang out in the truck. Don't want to be blamed for any smoking or such. Also the truck had some sort of fly problem. I don't know where they came from but a couple ended up moving in with me.

The lady by the name Iris i dont know if she was the manager in there or not but she gave us the worst customer service. My husband try explaining he tried bringing back the truck the same way he got it which was 3/4 of gas but when he took it to the gasoline station he asked the man to fill up 5 dollars instead he filled it up and when we try explaining that to Ms Iris she treated us like we were stupid and stated that was not her problem and wasn't going to refund us back. There was no need with the bad customer service there was no need to treat my husband bad and she even stated to him out loud now you listen to me, and let me say my husband try explaing to her in english not being rude. I am so disappointed if she is the manager in there that is such a bad reputation for your company
Rented a storage trailer about a week ago and I was served by one of the rudest and childish staff members. Whenever I would ask to explain something, he would roll his eyes and sigh. When I didn't understand the question, he rolled his eyes and sighed. Walked out talking on the phone and kept ignoring me when I was asking questions. He straight up demanded me to move my car because he wasn't gonna move the trailer (rightfully so but he should be polite about it) . I don't expect you to be enthusiastic and giddy beyond belief because you work in but at the very minimum be professional.
