No parking, money change problem,very slow
Third time, I had final notice for the same package and went there again. They said they have my package, but I have to bring some bill or letter to prove my address.
The manager and the workers are rookies and not professionals. I have been there for 4 times and they sent me back nothing in my hands:
It takes more than 1 month to say that they don't have my package.
The worse post office, the lady at the window is so rude, the mail carriers drop mail always at different addresses...very disappointed...
Second time, they said they didn't call me because my address is not valid! What?!@%.. Manager explained the situation and told that they sent the package back to the sender. ( I checked my address from their online system, thankfully my address still exists! Huh..)
First time, they couldn't find my package, took a photocopy of the notice paper and said they were gonna call me. But they didn't.
awful, only one person working at ay time, refused to look up my tracking number. Instead the lady there just told me they didn't have my mail, no the first time they lose or misplace something of mine. awful service, awful workers.
very bad service! the lady that always work there is very rude I think she's asian..
Fourth time, I went there with my PS&G bill, and guess what? They said they don't have my package, another post office has.
