LORD HELP ME !! it took so much from me to not slap her! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE , DAMN!
Staff were friendly, but a couple serious issues which have discouraged me from returning.
Then she finishes, starts walking off, says its done and proceeds to the back . Do you think she asked if we needed anything else? NOOOPPEEEE!!
Two brainless girls at the returns desk, had to go to different lowes to return something without a problem. Recipt said return by 26 and they said no returns by 16, too bad i noticed what the recpit saod after i alredy left.
These are serious customer service issues which management should address.
Home depot is where it's at. Don't go there
I give this store a negative 5 rating . Google unfortunately does not have that star option.
The only person to be friendly was the guy checking receipts. The cashier seemed friendly but lacked any greeting, any concern, nothing didn't ask if we found things okay, not a damn thing..... SHAME!
Terrible customer service. Employee Quatrina continued to see people who came after us, then said she was busy, then walked off saying that she'd help us next and never returned. This was all after we had to listen to a complaint session by the entire customer service department about not wanting to be there. Employee who DID help only pulled half of the online order, then argued about what was purchased even after viewing the receipt. Better off going to the Home Depot up the road.
This store IS POORLY MANAGED, NO QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Not entirely the store's fault, but there are thieves going through the parking lot trying to "fix" customer's cars and force them to pay (happened to me). Store staff said they were aware but said they never reported to the police. I tried alerting management - simply to protect other customers - but was put on the "eternal hold."
Have to share this. I was shopping around for a shed. I went to Lowe's and Home depot .
Friday, store was understaffed with a number of customers (myself included) waiting for a while for basic assistance. In addition, staff seemed unfamiliar with the store electronic inventory system further compounding the wait time.
I went to return paint and waited 15 minutes on the Returns line. To not even be greeted, just a plain rude " yeah" not even "yes" . Then I go buy new paint and can't find anyone to mix it. The girl (Vanessa), saw me and my pops standing there but was too busy talking to another employee. ( that was another 10 minutes wasted).If i knew it was her i was waiting for I would've got her myself.
Even to deliver a pizza to them it takes 15 minutes for them to get. They suck. TERRIBLE PLACE all around.
When arriving at Lowe's I was greeted by a employee and I asked about sheds. He asked me several question and directed me to look outside told me once I found the shed that I wanted to go to customer service. After finding my shed I went to customer service she told me that the shed that I wanted was sold out. So I asked her went they would get them in she told me in a week. So I decided to go to Home Depot. No one to meet me so I simply walked the grounds looking for a shed. Really didn't find anyone that I was looking for so I went to customer service. Well what an experience that was. I waited on line for more than a half hour only to be greeted by a person who was inexperienced and hardly spoke English. She turned me over probably just to get rid of me to another person who spoke broken English he took me to an area that the sheds were had hard time explaining that I wanted a metal shed had to show him want I wanted in a picture. Walked with him back to customer service him told me that it would have to be ordered online I told him that's why I was waiting on line at customer service. After all this I left that Home Depot. An went to another Home Depot. Man was at computer so I asked him about shed he said there were sheds available but they were probably returned. I didn't want a returned shed perhaps damaged. So I waited a week went back to Lowe's had a little with their customer service but was sent to ordering and that's were this story takes a turn for the best experience that one could have. Arrived at ordering and was waiting and waiting. People in the back work not seeing me but a woman which was going home saw us and told us that this department was closed. Oh my God so I asked why were we sent there . After talking a little while the woman Carol went to the computer looked to see if a shed that I wanted was in stock. Yes. She placed order gave discount and were on our way. She called me to advise me that instructions in assembling shed was online and if she could be any help just call. Well Lowe's she definitely needs to be recognized. She really went above and beyond her call of duty. She was on her way out to go home and dedicated to helping a customer. Thank you Carol and Lowe's. Very impressed with your service. Glad English language is part of your service. I have no problem with bilingual speaking people to help out the customer but when Spanish is the only language then I have a problem. Shame on you Home Depot.
Comes over says " yes" RUDE ASS HELL. My pops walked off as she was coming and said something to me. Before I even got a word out to her she says "WHAT?" I didn't say anything i just asked her to mix it.
