Heard about this restaurant from my husband, went and tried it out. Good food at a good price and amazing service specially from Jose and Claudia they were very attentive. Wish all waiters and waitresses were like this.
They took over an hour to deliver my food and when I called to check the status of my delivery they hung up on me. Never again!
They serve peruvian food , food is very good service is great , I recommend this place!!!
Horrible experience, the first time, they had me waiting outside for about one hour just for one order of ceviche, they told me that for next time just place the order over the phone so I don't have to wait; second time I called and the lady said they don't take orders over the phone, it has to be in person . The part that really upsets me is the reason why, she said people place orders and never show up, I told her that I was a new customer in the area, and after I begged she promised me a called back to let me know what the lady boss decided, she never did, so I called back and she repeated the same story without an apology. I will never bother them again.
This was my second time at this restaurant. I was dissapointed at the poor service by the waitress who failed to inform us that even though it was happy hour we had to explicitly ask for happy hour Margaritas if we in fact wanted happy hour prices. First time ever I go to a happy hour where you have to explicitly say Hey give me happy hour drink. My long island ice tea was terrible. Too sweet... had to send it back. We went here really for the food.. grilled meats and even that was a disappointment. We were over charge for a churrasco that was too greasy. My wife, her friend and were truly dissapointed at the poor service and lack of costumer service. The manager was no great help.
