Food & staff are fine. Its the beggars that I won't tolerate. I offer them a hamburger and they say "oh my stomach can't take them. I want chicken from across the street" I tell them "goodbye"
Food actually comes out hot and condiments is perfectly put on..... the service is horrible! In fact I don't eat here because of the lack of respect and absolutely no cares or worries with time or attentiveness of customers needs!
I rarely come here. I don't like the area it's in to get food. Too many panhandlers around when u would be trying to eat. I would either use the drive through or try another White Castle altogether.
The place was slow, we waited 10 mind just too get our order taken. Than a random lady came in asking/begging for money. Than they're was a lady outside by the door asking for money as well. And a guy asking for money as people would literally pull out the drive through. Overall the food was great, but we were barely given any fries. As long as the food is good, out weighs the bad that's all that counts for me!!
They have good food and you can watch them cook it.
